With a Managed Service Agreement, Midwest-IT will do all of the "housekeeping" that is necessary to keep your network up and running. With a Managed services agreement, we provide regular monitoring  and maintenance of your system to keep your network functioning as designed and intended, including close monitoring of activities to quickly and efficiently address and fix problems as they occur and preferably even before users are aware of the problem. With convenience of levelized billing, your company can pay a flat monthly fee to receive preventative services and unlimited support.

Network Management includes a broad range of services, yet your business may not need every service every month. At Midwest-IT Services, we are happy to be there when you need us. We provide fast response time and fast resolve time. With Midwest IT Services's Response Services, there is no contract, no retainer fee, and no commitment. You pay only as you need us, billed at an hourly rate. In addition, we offer a wide range of computer maintenance and repair services and sell new and used PCs, servers, and components. We provide network security assessments, virtualization, content filtering, firewall monitoring, disaster recovery, and HIPAA auditing/compliance training. Whether on-site or remote, sales or help desk, you have the freedom to access our IT staff as you need them.
